No DSL Connection

Hello, I really need some assistance here.

 

I just undertook a contract with o2 for Internet, and when inputting everything into my FritzBox 7590 AX, the DSL connection will not work.

I had the same problem with another supplier, so am sure its the DSL line problem, and not the supplier.

I am 100% sure everything is connected properly, and the connection box in the basement looks to be fine, from the limited research I did.

 

My hausmeister said to contact o2, but if anyone has any suggestions what the possible issues are, what the general next steps are, or how to go about it, I’d really appreciate it.

Than call the hotline,  error „no sync possible, Power / DSL is blinking“. You can’t solve the problem.

Just blinking

Info button is red. The Fritzbox itself says it can't detect it

Oh, that is not so good that your DSL is not running currently.
