new internet connection without appointment

Hello , 

 

i would like to know if I make a new internet connection .. Kabel or dsl .. if I provide the tae number and the other info it asks in the checkout page .. is it possible to set it up without a technician ? I see that the next available technical appointment is next month .

welcome to our o2 community :relaxed:

The chance that a technician will not have to come to activate the connection is definitely higher then. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, in the end, the network provider decides whether remote activation is possible or not.

Activation usually takes two to three weeks, with or without a technician, for DSL and Kabel as well.
