i updated from 50Mb to 250Mb but i am getting only 175Mb internet.Fritzfox showing that maximum i can get is 220Mb.can you please contact the supplier and ask for correct profile for me please ? i saw many thread here with similar problems and O2 support had to ask supplier which is telekom to activate right profile ?

yes i need help.please ask telekom to cange my port to 250 because on telekom i have 250Mb available in my house now.


Hi, how often do you still not get 250 MBit the last mile (copper) is far too long. How is 250 supposed to work when the capacity is only 230. You have an open 175 profile and the router is connected to 210. That's the maximum. Sit down times with physics apart why no 250 will go. Order FTTH then you have your speed and more, but currently via copper. nö. @kayawish24

so how this guy is having 230Mbit then and his line distance and mine is almost same.And why telekom updated from 175 to 250 for my house on their website ? 

 

 

this guy has lower line capacity then mine but he is getting almost 223Mbit.

 


With 20db attenuation there is definitely no more. Telekom will never release the 250 profile, it has to reach 90% according to the Telecommunications Act Dec. 21 and it doesn't and won't @kayawish24

thats why i am asking the moderator to apply for another profile so atleast telekom tells them ifs not possible.Does O2 loose anythign if they apply for my profile change ? i dont think O2 loose anything right ? but O2 can loose me as a client after my vertrag is finished 😉

as you were informed yesterday, asking for a change did end up with the result that Anfänger1 already predicted. A change is under the current technical circumstances not possible. Should you have any other questions then please let us know.
