My O2 fritz box 6660 isn't Working. The power/Cabke is just blinking.

Hello, 

 

My Fritz Box 6660 Isn't working. It was working normally and then suddenly it stopped and the power cable button started blinking. I unplugged and plugged back the wires several times but it still doesn't work. I called the English Helpline number and they created some ticket with ticket number for technical review, however, I am not sure if that's for technician or what. Is the technician gonna contact me for the same?

This is happening on a regular basis now. This is really stressful since I am unable to work. Please help and fix this.

    ​@o2_Bianca I called them in the morning and they booked technician appointment Thursday 6th Feb. However, the representative told me I will confirmation message regarding my appointment but I didn't get any message. I am wondering if tey have even booked because this happened with me last time that they told me that appointment is booked but nobody turned up. Can you please confirm if the appointment is booked or not?

    I could check for you, the appointment with the technician at your place is indeed book for tomorrow, 06.02.2025 between 8-12 AM.
