My internet stopped working and I'm not sure how to get help. My German ability is very bad, how can I get some help with my internet issues?

Hello gaw.matt,
unfortunatley there were some issues in Berlin. These issues have already been fixed and as far as I can see your DSL connection is up and running again, it is stable and shows no signs of disconnects.
Please excuse the inconveniences.

hey jelena, thank you so much for responding- i'm having issues with the DSL right now but i managed to speak with o2 help by phone last night. they've got it's an issue with German telecom where they have a problem and that's not much they can do until they fix it. is this issue with deutsche telecom being prioritized?

So, I'm located in Mitte, Berlin
