I find that my internet wasn't working since Ithe 1st of January. I tried turning on and off my router several times but it didn't work. Only the "Power" and the "WLAN" lights are on (WLAN light ocasionally blinking), all the others are off.

I've tried calling the support line but I don't speak german. What are the other ways to register a complaint?

I am sure I am paying the monthly amount for my contract.

@Dj9p Please try to make tom a dsl pre ticket over the dsl app. You must  confirm this pre ticket over phone. Please ask for english operator.

The problem is that i am not using O2 homebox or Fritz box router. So this app wouldn't work.

It's from ZyXEL. I am using it since last 1 and half year. It was working fine untill last month.

 

Suddenly the internet went down. To be precise on the 1st of this month

It is ZyXEL Speedlink 5501. Yes it supports the VDSL

Currently the DSL as well as internet is shown disconnected of I open the setup

It's Flash. Blinking regularly

And the internet led is completely out


@Dj9p you must make tomorrow a technical ticket at at the o2 dsl Hotline. No dsl Sync -> 0800 52 51 37 8

I got home yesterday i find out my internet wasn't working so i call o2 hotline and i received a tiicket number

When you allready received a ticket number, than our technicians are allready informed and will help you.

How will the technicians come and fix it


Hello @Velly51,

after opening a trouble ticket for your DSL connection several tests will take place. If the result of such a test would be that a technician is necessary to resolve the issue you will recieve a SMS asking you to call our technical service. You will then have the possibility to arrange a date and timeframe at which the technician will have a deeper look at the DSL connection. Even so an apointment is mae it does not autmatically mean that the technician will have to come into your house or the flat itself.

As far as I can see an apointment was already made, please keep us up to date if the technician was able to resolve this issue :-)

I came home after being 2 months away and there’s no Internet connection. I tried all the usual steps ( reboot router, check cables, etc ) but no result. Wi-Fi & DSL leds flashing green. No internet led indication. I got a 6 digit error code from “O2 service app” and the description “Vorgangsnummer” , called them twice yesterday, gave my phone number and….still waiting , 1 day later. “Funny” customer care perception….Can anyone help please?

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your DSL connection. Contacting our technical landline departement is definetly the right choice.

As soon as you contact this departement every necessary step will be taken to make sure that your connection is working again as soon as possible :-)

I had a a short look at your connection and it seems that everything is running again as it should. Can you confirm this? Or are there still any issues? :-)
