My Home LTE Not available at my address

Hi,

  I am unable to have a cable connection and so LTE/5G is my only option. I am currently using my mobile data on my phone (O2 pay as you go) so I am confused why MyHome LTE is listed as not available at my address. I am in the Bornheim district in the middle of Frankfurt so signal is no issue. 
  Can you help?

Hi @RPursall ,

the availability depends on several factors, with the coverage being only the first piece in that calculation. There is no way of saying if and when the status will change, I’m afraid. If your Phone works as temporary replacement, you might want to check out our new tariff :

Mobiles WLAN für unterwegs: o2 my Internet 150 (o2online.de)

If the volume limit works for your, that tariff might be an alternative to the myHome-tariffs.
