My home internet is not wokring past 3 days

Hello 

My Home internet is not working past three days. there is some traffic on O2 network. mostly after 5PM 

the internet get disconnect. after some time (15min) again network will establish. then after some time again it will disconnects. it continues till midnight. morning again all will be fine. its been three days i am facing this issue.i called customer care they told me to do modem reset and factory reset. i did all. my modem is working fine .its the problem with O2 network.

That is not so nice that your internet connection at home is no more running.

I see that a technician has to come to your address to check the connection. Did you already receive an appointment?

I got a call from O2 and technician will come for checking my issue. waiting.

Technician came  to my home and checked. He told me that all is ok now. I hope it might be resolved.
