my dsl connection is not working at all

Hello,
I got the DSL connection activated in 19th september2019. I tried connecting to the router , but Im unable to get the connection. When I asked the o2 (Place where I got the connection) they asked me to try with Fritz box. I bought Fritzbox and tried connecting . STill dint work . Then again I went to the store and asked them , and they said they cant help it and try customer care. Im not good in German and the customer cal is totally in German and Im unable to sort this out. Kindly provide me the solution or help me cancel the contract. I dint even start using it, I already spent so much on getting the different modems . Please Help me

Please connect first the homebox! And tell me what the LED of DSL, Internet and info are doing!!!

    could you take a look on this DSL-Informationen (in the Internet Tab left side) of the fritzbox.
    And could you send us the hardcopy.
    If not is the line green like in the picture or red / orange?

    the fritzbox is 4020!. I could not see such picture in the fritzbox page

    Yes of cause you can't. The 4020 has no DSL modem.
    Without DSL modem np DSL connection. And no DSL Status page...
    You have to buy a AVM 7490, 75x0 or a 3490 if you don't need Telefon!
    Best should be 7530 price and Funktion.
    What are the LED of the homebox are telling you?
    First important are DSL, Internet and info.

    Ok! Thank you I will again get new fritz box and I will try then will update!.. this is my third box though. 😞.
