Hi community,

I’m moving to a new apartment and I’d like to take my DSL with me. I’ve ready this article by @o2_Manga. However, I’m having a problem with this url: https://www.o2online.de/edsl/move/address at the “Addresse prüfen” step. After inputting the address and clicking on Adresse prüfen, it just keeps on loading and loading, and it doesn’t stop loading nor gives an error. I’ve tried with different browsers and also with private (incognito) mode, both didn’t help.

Can someone please advise me on how to proceed here? And whether I’m the only one having this issue or the process itself is not working for everyone?

It seems the cause of the problem is me having a mobile and a DSL number, and it was stuck because I was still logged in under the mobile number. Changing that fixed the problem. Thank you and sorry for the trouble.
