hi all. why my montly payment geting Up? In the begining i pay 25 Euro … six monts later - 30.98 euro ?!  What is the reason!?  My plan is DSL my HOME L

you started the contract in February 2021

The basic charge is 34,99 EUR/month

The router: 5,99 EUR/month

You got a discount of 24x10 EUR in the beginning of the contract and a 6 x 5 EUR on top. 

The 5 EUR discount was finished in August 2021 and that’s the reason for the new monthly price of 30,98 EUR.

    have you checked your bill to check on the differences?

    You can open your bill in the “Mein o2”-App and in the “Mein o2-Portal”. There you’d find an overview stating the costs and expanses.

    Do notice something out of the line or unusual?

    Hi..I check and seed the differences. 
    Just this: 5 EUR monatl. Rabatt auf Ihre Grundgebühr - gültig bis 24.08.2021 is finish !
