I received an email asking for more details of my current address so they can complete my new O2 DSL contract but I don’t know how to give the information as they ask to not reply to the email and when I try to call to the hotline they don’t speak English and they can’t help me.

Best way is to reach out to our english speaking customer service hotline.

Have you tried that since your last post? If that fails we can switch to private message

to exchange the address details and sent these to our backoffice colleagues.
