Mac Address for New Cable Connection

Hello, 
I got a new cable connection for my apartment and we are using our own router. When I tried to upload the MAC address of the router via the web portal, the web gets stuck and I am not able to do that. I have tried different browsers with the same result. I also tried doing it from the app, but cable connection not yet activated are not supported in the app. How can I send the MAC address before the activation date?

 

Also, since we do not request a router, does o2 send the cable adapter for the antenna socket? or do we have to buy that ourselves in case we need it?

Moin Moin,

first it is not possible to use provider devices.

The following AVM divides will be accepted 

If you using another brand the route must be able to do DOCSIS 3.1

You could use the progress screen to enter the CM-MAC.

Please verify the CM-MAC! After sending there is no way to correct the CM-MAC.

If you have state 5️⃣ than click on state 1️⃣ and enter you CM-MAC.

Than klick on „Als Lösung markieren“ (mark as solution) on the TE that help you.

So the O2 Mod and other user could see.
