I want to tell you that I have a problem with my landline phone whenever I try to call it doesn't pass but the wifi is working perfectly could you please reply me on my email

what kind of router are you using?

If you have a homebox that is not directly from O2, my be ebay, than the phone will never work.

Where you connect the phone to? Port of the router?

we merged your posts in this thread so your questions regarding the landline issues is not scattered around and you recieve the same answer over and over again :-)

There were some issues regarding using the telephone around the 10th but it should work as intended again Can you conform this? Or is tehre still something not working were we should have a look into? :-)

Hello, my landline isn't working since I moved. I don't know what I need to do for it to work it's always busy. 


@Hurst359 Did you use an o2 Homebox original rented from o2? If yes, did you make a factory reset at your new place? This is necessary.


Hello @Hurst359 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you move and the activation date for the landline on the new location is already reached please follow @Joe Doe’s tipp and reset your router to factory defaults. After doing so reconnect it to the landline and set it up again with the credentials that you recieved via mail or email.

Is maybe everything already working as it should? :-)
