Invoice and account password

I left Germany November 2022 and deregistered and closed my account.. However they still sent me invoices and eventually I got it fixed..(or so I thought).. They credited my account with €128 out of a goodwill gesture… But I received another invoice yesterday asking for €1.50.. Dont know why, when they admitted that I am no longer using the Router… I am in in Vietnam and cannot phone as it will cost me a fortune.. I also dont know who to email to get this sorted…

 

I also cant reset my passwords to my online account as I no longer have the sim related to the account and cant use my email for some reason… So how do I get access to the €128  credited to my account…

Welcome to the community.
First of all, a note about your o2 account.
Since your contract is already deactivated, the access is blocked and you can therefore no longer access it.

I have looked at your request would like to clarify this here for you. 
You did not receive the 128 € as credit from us. You had an invoice for 128 €, which was charged because the rental equipment was allegedly not received by us after the deactivation of the contract. However, this could be clarified and the invoice amount was credited again.

In the current invoice, €1.20 was charged for reminder fees. However, these were also already credited on 03.04.23 and thus not calculated. 

You should not receive another invoice. Everything has now been settled and clarified correctly.
