Internet is ordered, but where is my router?

Hello

I oredered my O2 internet connection O2 Home XL 600 with router FRITZ!Box 5530.

Everything was fine while ordering I got couple of e-mails, but after a week my order was dissapear from my O2 account, there is nothing in Open/closed orders. On the left side of the site I see a Neuer vertrag O2 Home XL 600 that’s all. I choose a technic visit on 08.08.25, but someone will even come? I don’t get my router, I don’t get any email about delivery, nothing. I can’t call the hotline because it’s nor wokring for me I think..

Can someone help me? I took urlaub for tomorrow just for this visit.

welcome to our o2 community 🙂

It is indeed unlikely that your internet connection will be activated tomorrow, as you have not received a router, as if you ordered a router together with the connection you should have received a router before activation and also a confirmation for the date by e-mail.

The fiber connection is in the state of exploration, afterwards the works for connection will happen, that means that cables will be layed.

So it might still take some time. 

As of now you do not have any other internet connection?

Hello

Nothing changes to this day, still no router, 0 contact from O2..

I’m using internet from my phone, but it’s a little bit too expensive ;)

The fact that you still have no further information is anything but good 😕

Judging by the router, could you have ordered a fibre optic connection? If so, has fibre optic already been installed in your building and home?

Hello 

I was checking on the website and optic connection was available. So I decided to choose o2, I was trying to call English hotline ,but it’s local Munchen number ,so I cannot call this number from my cell phone..

I found even a e-mail help on the o2 website in Deutsch, so I was translating text from English to Deutsch, I got a message they reply my in 48 hours, but it’s now about 2 weeks without answer. 
I Think my last option ist going to o2 shop and try to do something, but I’m not speak Deutsch at all..

Why can you not call the hotline from your phone? It is an ordinary telephone number. That would be the best way to find out what us going on with your order.

Which number exactly are you trying to call?

If you’re calling from your mobile phone don’t forget to type 049 before the number.
