Hello! A technician arrived on Tuesday to install my internet but it’s not working. I called the English helpline who informed me that a ticket was created and that they would get back to me within 24 hours, which hasn’t happened. Normally it would be fine but I need the internet to work and if I can’t work then I can’t get paid… HELP

Hello @mike483 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

 Expecially in times like this a working internet connection is of uttermost importance. If the DSL connectio nis not working and also our o2 my Service App is not able to find and resolve the error contacting our technical DSL team is the right step.

How does it look like now? Is the connection working as it should? Were you able to pinpoint the reason? Or was an aüpointment with a technician necessary? :-)
