HI,

I have been facing an issue with my internet connection since yesterday (07/07/2021), it keeps getting disconnected every five minutes or so. I have run diagnostics and everything seems to be in perfect order. This is happening all of a sudden and I have had absolutely no problem with my internet connection in the past 11 months or so.

Since I am working from home, this disruption of the internet is creating a few problems. I will be grateful if you could resolve this quickly.

Do you still facing connections problems, or is everything fine by now? 

Are you aware of our o2 my service app.

I was out of station for a few days and just got back yesterday, 31/07/2021. Yesterday the internet connection was working fine but today I have experienced multiple disconnects.

The internet connection was very disruptive when I first posted about it on 07/07/2021. I went out of town on 11/07/2021 and got back yesterday and it looks like that the internet connection is as bad as it was before. 
Maybe you could take a look at it on an urgent basis since I am majorly working from home and a stable internet connection is essential.

These disconnects can have many different causes. Please first check all cable connections for loose contacts. Please do not use any extension cables or multiple sockets and, if possible, only use the original cables.

If the cables are all in order, please carry out a power reset: To do this, pull the plug of the switched-on router out of the socket for a few minutes. After approx. 60 seconds the Power / DSL LED should light up continuously again. The Internet and telephone LEDs should also light up again after a short time. Then please leave the router switched on permanently. Do not perform another power reset. If the disconnects occur again, please call our customer support, they will check your connection and decide if a technician has to come or if your router has to be exchanged.
