Hi, I have O2 my Home S connection, and i have frequent unstable connection. I have already reaised the ticket, and i dont see any help from it. I am posting the detail screenshots from myfrtizbox. Please suggest me for any changes. I am also in for upgrading the router from 6660 to probably 6690. I am aware of additional monthly costs. Please let me know if i need to do anything.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cable connection. I took a closer look at your ticket, and there was currently no impairment on the cable line according to the responsible cable network provider.

Regarding the router, it may of course be that you have better WiFi reception with the slightly higher quality Fritzbox 6690. A replacement of the router has already been ordered. Did you receive the tracking email?

Please let us know if these problems are resolved with the new router of if you have any other questions.
