Hello,

It is impossible for me to cancel my ADSL line. I called 5 times already, reply to the mails, tried to cancel online, and I don’t know what else to do. I don’t live in that house since two month ago and from now on I will cancel all the transfer on the bank.

Can you help me with this?

Are you trying to terminate the contract early because you moved?

I moved and I will be some months out of Germany. I have the Flex ADSL, so I can cancel the contract anytime. The problem is that I cancel partially online and then I have to call to confirm the cancellation. But nobody confirm the cancellation. I did it already two times.


The usual procedure is to give notice of termination in writing. Especially for non-native speakers, termination by telephone confirmation is not recommended. 

You can try it also by chat or WhatsApp. No email possible (no-reply-mailboxes).


Please complete the cancellation form, sign it and send it to o2 by letter or fax as indicated on the form.

The period of notice for o2 DSL Flex contracts is 4 weeks to the end of a calendar month, calculated from the receipt of the notice of termination in text form by o2.
