You can only terminate your contract to the end of the contract term. The problems you have mentioned do not enable you to terminate it early.
If you have connection problems, you need to inform o2 and if they last for 3 days or longer you can claim credit for the downtime.
The invoice can also be clarified but you need to answer the questions in your other thread.
