I have not received my O2 Welcome Letter and Order Confirmation after express activation

I today, got an email from O2 that my connection is activated. But still I haven’t received the welcome letter or oder confirmation which includes my Login credentials for my DSL connection. Hence, even though the connection is already active, I can’t use Internet. Hence, if possible it would be nice to receive the welcome letter by email as soon as possible as I need this connection on an urgent basis for my Home Office. Thank You!

Call the English-speaking hotline and ask them to give you your landline number.

Register your landline number for My o2. You will find your login details there.

Check your emails. It should be titled *Your o2 order*.

Sorry! I checked again. There is no email regarding the order confirmation and my credentials. I just found my KundenNummer and Auftragsnummer. Could you please send the Welcome Letter or Order Confirmation again?

Hi, I contacted the hotline and I received the welcome letter by email  as well as by post. I have successfully activated my connection now. Thank You for the support!
