Hello All ,

I have dsl connection connection But NO landline phone given  due to which I am not able to login online to see my account.

So i have created a new account using same email address but still seeing my data and bill in this account.

Please do the needful ,

You were informed of the phone number belonging to your o2 DSL connection with the o2 order confirmation by letter and/or e-mail. The German term is "Rufnummer". 
You can also find your phone number in the menu of your o2 Homebox or AVM Fritzbox. See manual. 

but still seeing my data and bill in this account.

If you have access to your bill, what exactly is your problem?


Problem is i am not able to see my contract  by login to my 02 even i have tried my email id >emailadress removed] it showing no data or contract details .

Also i have checked my 02 homebox 6641 but did not find any phone number on it .

so i would i see my contract details ?

please correct my login details ,

All o2 Homebox obtain the phone number automatically through the o2 remote configuration. This is also the case with your device. If you did not find the phone number, you obviously did not access the o2 Homebox operating menu. By looking at the white plastic housing, you can not read your phone number. See manual

Welcome to our o2 Community. When you access the router web gui via Internet browser ( open o2.box in your browser while connected via wifi with the homebox) you can login on your router to check the settings and to look op for further information as for example your fixed line or landline number (in germen so called “Festnetznummer”, which you need to log in on our website to see you account)

harrasment from o2 team:

They are not showing my any data like contact or anything from any where , when calling evrytime different pick my call and answer what ever they think correct , Very harrasing for me . Even they are cheating me like just send contact which look very good then after accept they change everything, Please help me , where to go for legal action

OK , I am able to login but can not see my contract details or my bill . 

Yes on email i received but no details about my bill.

ON mein o2 , I am not able to login with email and password as mention i donot have phone or sim from o2 only DSL connection .

2nd thing most imp , why I am not able to access my details , what is hidden there like my contract details or change of request that i did .

i am not posting everywhere , I am just looking for solution from some where
