I have ordered DSL 100 Mbit / s since 12th May,  and O2 sent me email + SMS for status checking on last Wednesday. I checked , and I didn't receive PKK code to log in yet. I didn 't receive neither from mail post, or e-mail. So I cannot do anything.

Could you please send me PKK code?

 

Recently, I check status from the URL given, it now shows as following

Could you please private message me, I can give my phone number to talk directly with the support? Or in any way can you help me here. My Apology I cannot speak Germany.

When ordering an o2 DSL connection via the o2 website, the PKK is chosen by the customer himself and not by o2. 

If you want to talk directly to the support, you can dial the support number yourself.

I really cannot remember I set PKK during the ordering process, if that’s the case I didn’t record such number.

I’ve contacted them via video chat, and they will call me back with English support.

I’ll figure to solve this issue out. Thank you very much.

As @blablup already explained the PKK is a personal identification code chosen by yourself. But if you don’t remember we can assist you and forward your request to our special department. They will create a new one and send it by post. Shall we arrange this?

Thank you so much. I already solved my problem by contacting them via video chat, then a lovely lady there let her colleague contacts me via phone who can speak English.
The case is solved, and closed now. Thank you again :)
