I did not receive my Netflix credit yet


I started a contract with O2 with the promotion Home XXL with also included “o2 TV L” 12 months with the offer of 12 months credit for Netflix. I registered on o2 TV L around 2 weeks ago, and i still didn’t receive any SMS or email with the link for the Netflix credit.

Please let me know what to do to get it.

Yes i am already able to use o2 TV since i subscribed to it on the 16th on july.

When did your order the o2 my Home XXL? 

The offer o2 TV + Netflix was available until the 30.06.2022.

I ordered it on the 17th of June, i am sure i have the offer in my contract, i just don’t know where or how to get the Netflix credit.

This screenshot comes from my o2 page in the tv offers.

Hello,

i received the email and the page opens normally but when it gets to Netflix i get a message saying that the credit is not available for my Netflix account; do you have an idea why?

no i created it a long time ago and it goes by “.com”; so it works just with accounts created on german Netflix? Even if i am using my account on german Netflix?

yes, it only works with an german netflix-account. Pleasy try to register a german account and try it again.
