Hi,

I have received a confirmation email for an o2 service and I have not been able to confirm it using the confirmation link provided in said email.

Every time I click on the confirm link, I am sent to the forum page. I received this email twice already, the first on Nov 18 2024 and the second on Nov 21 2024. 

Would you mind telling me a way to get this fixed? Does this cause any issues with payments?

Hey sadly I don’t have an o2 number and the number I currently have associated with the account does not work since its a UK number.


What kind of contract do you have with O2 and is it already activated?


I have a o2 Homespot 5g M Flex, its been activated as I gave it permission for SEPA payments and the broadband is running.


I found a solution, although I am not sure how to explain it. 

Using the registration email, I was able to find a new way to login that allowed me to select “I am a homespot customer” and from there I was able to login and verify my account
