I am leaving Germany and the new tenant of my flat wants to keep the DSL O2 contract, but I can not find the Festnetznummer to make the process by MeinO2 …. I have also checked my bills and router…. and the MeinO2 i am using is the one associated to my mobile phone

Please let me know how can I access to this number!

thanks!

Edit o2_Lars: Transfered from Wohnzimmer to English/Broadband

@liliczrz here you must find your o2 land line number in the Router menu.

Hello @liliczrz and wlcome to our o2 community :-)

As @Joe Doe already stated, you will find your landline number on every DSL invoice. If you do not have access to the invoices you can alspo habe a look at the web GUI of the router, you should see your lanline number there also.

If there are still open questions just ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)

Lars
