I ordered my homespot (which by the way does not work properly), and I just receive a bill including land line connection for 69€ that I did not ask for and was not mentioned in my order. Please cancel this service and refund my money.

The Rechnung says:

Anschlusspreis Option O2 HomeSpot - 01.05.2021 42,0084 19% 49,99
Einmaliger Anschlusspreis Internet & Festnetz - 01.05.2021 58,8151 19% 69,9

Please explain to me, according to the website the connection was 34.99€.

If you sign an internet contract like DSL, LTE or Coax and rent a router to this you have to pay the connection fee on the one hand and the deployment price on the other hand. 

You get a discount of 35 EUR on the connection fee so it is just 34,99 EUR. But if you decide to take a hardware you will always have the second charge as well. 

But as @bs0 explained it is just a one-time fee and the next invoice will be the ordinary basic charge.

Please understand that we are not allowed to credit the deployment price. I’m sorry.
