How to install Waipu on samsung TV

In July I have signed a contract with O2 for 2 mobile phone numbers, internet and TV M package. The TV app on my phone works fine, but we are unable to watch TV programs on actual TV. We have a Samsung TV from 2020 ( bought in Switzerland) and we cannot find the O2 app. We saw all the videos from O2 community and we are still unable to get the app on the TV. Does anyone has any solution?

    Strange. Could you please go a bit more into detail and tell us exactly what kind of Samsung TV you are using?

    We need the Model Code and Software Version and important → please blur the Serial Number (if you are posting a picture)
