I received an SMS asking me to inform my MAC address, but I can't access My O2 portal to inform it, can I inform it here?

if you could access the „Status ihrer aktuellen Bestellung“ the click on the 1️⃣, there you could enter the CM-MAC.

Thanks, but I don't have access to that area of the portal, when I try to access it I'm redirected to the Community page.


@o2_Gerrit I tried accessing with this account I'm currently logged in, but I can only access the Community pages, when I try to access the other parts of the portal I'm redirected back here. I also have another account where I have my mobile contracts, but there I can only see them, not the Home contract.


@o2_Gerrit Also, I was checking my emails and I never received a Auftragsbestätigung. But I'm getting the message confirmations and letters, I have even received the equipment by mail. And I don't know my Auftragsnummer, I can't find it anywhere, it's not in my emails.


Can someone help me here? Today is the start date, and we don't have internet access. My Vodafone service already stopped and I can't use the o2 service. What info do you need to check?
