How to change contact phone number?

I have an appointment for a new connection on 21.10, unfortunately the system automatically added a German prefix to my Italian phone number. The resulting number is incorrect and the technician would not be able to contact me. How can I change the contact number? I tried on the meinO2 web area, but I can’t find a way to do that…

No need to worry @Omn1ssiah 

we changed the number to the italian version but we can’t promise if the technician has the permission to call abroad.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer, I’ve done as you told me, sent the private message 4 days ago. Nothing happened till now, I don’t want to be pushy but the appointment is getting closer. Could you, at least, acknowledge me that my message has been read and someone will change it?

      Ok, thank you very much. As I told to o2_Support, I keep on seeing the number with German prefix in myO2 data, but I suppose you have changed it in a place where it’s not visible to me.

      Anyway, I hope the technician will ring the doorbell if he’s not able to phone me.
