Hi! 
I ordered DSL internet by mistake, I was supposed to order Glasfaser. How can I cancel my order and contract? I tried to call but my German language is not so good, also they asked me about 4 digit code that I don’t have. Is there any other way to cancel it? Thank you so much for your help

I assume that you signed the contract online. By law, you have 14 days to cancel the contract. It's best to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de as soon as possible. You should include your contract number, first and last name and your contact details.

Where you entered that contract is important here, if it was done online by yourself or after you called the hotline then you can easily withdraw from the contract within a 14 day period, as described above by MXP_Alex. Should you have signed a contract in a shop in person, then you’ll need to contact that shop concerning the withdrawal. Unlike with online contracts there is no guarantee of a withdrawal here though.
