I just had the MAC address associated with my contract changed over the phone. The LED indicators on my new FritzBox are stable. Nonetheless, I still cannot connect to the internet. I understand the change would take a few hours but it’s been a few hours and I have restarted my router a few times already too. And yet I still cannot connect to the internet. How long does this usually take? Is there any way I can check in on the status of this online?
Additionally, are there any other steps I should take after I’ve asked them to change my MAC address?
