I had a monthly contract and cancelled it around 20.09. I have received my Kundigung letter that it completely cancelled on 05.11, although I am still being charged to this date. I have written to O2 a physical letter, I have written an email also, and I have called more than 20 times. Every time an customer service agent tells me something different, that I will be refunded, that they will completely close my account, that I am being charged for extraordinary circumstances etc. The list goes on, but I am still being charged 34.99Euros and my account remains open. I am at the stage where I am forcing my bank to refund me the money that O2 is taking every month, although I don’t know what to do, as I think it might affect my Schufa record. It is hard to make up how bad this service from O2 is, the customer service line is more like therapy than actually getting help. Anyone have any suggestions or help to close my account? Thanks
