Only the wish to cancel the contract. Don't forget your DSL Customer and Phone Number.

No just to say that you would like to “Kündigen”
In Mein O2 you could your next date to cancel. Click left on Tarife & Optionen.
On Main Screen you could see “Kündigungsfrist” this is you possible for leaving the contract if you cancel 3 Month before.
If you click on “Vertrag verwalten” than scroll down to
Click on “Weiter” to cancel the contract online.
Than you will read
Note the termination
Here you can note your cancellation. The notice of termination is not the termination itself. After submitting this notice, you can confirm the notice of termination within 10 days. The contact options for the cancellation confirmation will be shown below.
Your advantage: The notice of termination secures your notice period, because if you confirm within 10 days, it is deemed to have been received upon receipt of the notice of termination.
If you do not take any further action, the notice of termination expires and the contract continues as normal.
These are the next steps:
1 Tell us the reason for the notice of cancellation and confirm the notice with "Submit". 2 You can terminate your contract within 10 days of submitting the notice of termination. The contact options for the cancellation confirmation will be shown below. 3 Please have your four-digit personal customer identification number ready. You can find them in the top right corner of your contract documents. You can find more questions and answers here.

I have noted the termination online, so now I have 10 days to send the required documents.
I have another question, if you could help me. My contract says it’s the O2 Blue All-in one. Does this include the Handynumber as well as the DSL and the Festnummer I have at home or is it only my Handynummer? iI am very confused I usually get two different Rechnungs one for my Homeland and DSL (I believe) and one for my handynummer.
Would it also be possible to only cancel my DSL&Festnetznummer and keep my mobile number?

I just checked your cancellation request. As far as I can see you made a note just for your mobile number and not for DSL. You said you would like to keep your mobile contract and just finish DSL. So please let your mobile cancellation request unconfirmed, the note will end automatically after two weeks notice.
But you will have to do a separate DSL cancellation online. Your DSL Contract has its own customer account.
Please sign in with your landline number and open the access to your DSL contract details.
Then you can arrange the cancellation note and confirm it with a call.
If you just like to send a letter there is not online request required.
