Hello, 

I order a homesport device on 07.02.2024. 

On my O2 account, under orders, its stated that sim card has been sent, however I also ordered the device O2 Home M100.

I have not yet received the simcard nor the device. Is there a way I can follow up with the order status?

According to the information that we have for the delivery, the package is currently being held at a post office near you, you should have had a message concerning this from DHL in your mail. With that you should be able to retrieve the package yourself.

Thanks a lot for the quick answer. Unfortunately I have not received any messages for DHl nor in the post, nor by mail concerning the package. Is there a way I can track the package to know where it is located and pick it up

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide consignment numbers. Please get in touch with DHL or ask at the post office. Have your identification documents ready.
