My Internet does not work. The router displays only below lights:

1. Power : Green

2. WLAN: Green

3. LAN: Green (when connected to Laptop, otherwise remains off)

4. DSL --> NO LIGHT

5. INTERNET --> NO LIGHT.

Router Model: Homebox 6641

The internet does not connect at all.

Can someone please help me what to do?

If the DSL-LED is off, but the o2 Homebox 6641 is properly connected to the TAE socket, there is something wrong with the line. Please call o2 at 089787979400 when you are at the router. If you don't have a flat rate on your mobile phone, you can also use the free phone number 08005251378.
