Have not received DSL router yet

I am a new costumer to O2 internet connection for my house. The internet connection was activated to morning. But i Have not received my DSL router from O2 yet. Is anyone facing the same issue? Whom should i contact?

Moin Moin,

currently there are delays. The routers come a few days after the activation of the landline.

if you have ordered a router.

Be patient please.

We haven't received any tracking details about the router.

My new O2 DSL Connection technician appointment is on 22.04. Today is 19.04 and I have not received any email regarding the DSL router delivery . I am wondering will I get a  or DSL router or not with my new connection , I have opted for O2 DSL router? please confirm?
