@Lbee Because Cable Internet is new at o2 and the order process is not optimize in the moment. When did you order the cable Internet and that activation date stand in the email?
It was ordered on 25th February and the activation isn't until the 19th march. But everything is ready to go...router plugged in and technician already been...
@Lbee The order page is optimized for dsl contracts. Try tomorrow the WhatsApp chat and get an earlier activation date.
But control every day the status from your router too.

The activation process of a cable based internet connection works slightly different to a DSL based one. With a cable connection the technical activation and the date that you will be able to access the internet are different dates. The technical activation ensures that the connection is set up and the signal will reach the router. Later in the process the connection to the internet will be activated.
I am sorry to hear that the last activation step takes places later than anticipated.
Did you already reach our customer service as @Joe Doe suggested? Were you maybe able to arrange a change of the activation date? :-)
