I’m referring to my DSL line ending with 0996.

My contract is ending on 20.11.21, and I would like to extend it for the same price.

Today I pay 29.99 EUR and get a discount of 5 EUR, so in total I pay 24.99 EUR.

 

I would like to extend the contract in the same conditions and the same price.

Can I get an offer with the same price I’ve been paying for a few years now (24.99)?

I’m sorry but right now this is the offer the system gave us for a contract extention. There is no room for negotiation. Maybe if the contract is cancelled just in time to August 20th 2021 my colleagues will get back to you with a better offer. It is a try.
