E-Mail address can not be confirmed

Hello,

I’m getting these emails to confirm my email address but each time I try to do that I get a technical error. What could be the issue?

You said you get a technical error, Could you be so kind and post a screenshot of that error message

(Import: Please make sure, that no personal data is visible on your screenshot) then we can decide which step  we will take next.

thanks for the Screenshot! Your account does not seem to be connected to a contract. Have you created an account for your contract? With the new login for your contract enabled and logged in, please try the confirmation again.
