(Düsseldorf, Germany) Internet is not working periodically

Hi!

My o2 internet (in Düsseldorf) doesn’t work kind of often, like 2-3 times a week, like for a 1-2 hour period in a day, usually somewhere around 14-18 o’clock. FritzBox shows WLAN light on, and DSL light blinking. It’s very annoying.

What can I do with this?

schluej plan sounds great.  With this data we can make an initial assessment of where the error might lie

Another option is our o2 my service app. The app can assist you when facing connection problems.

(you can switch to english language after you installed the app via settings)

Moin Moin,

please send us the pages with the green arrow.

On DSL tab you could scroll down, please the values too. Statistics please switch to week.

After the hardcopy or scree shoot, please do a picture of you phone socket with out a cover.

It should be possible to see the cables.

Thanks for response and instructions. I had no problems in the last month, but in the last 2 days got the problems again. So here are the screenshots.
