DSL username and password

Hello O2 team,

 

I have not received user name and password for the router configuration .

My email and phone address is already available in the O2 portal . But I haven't received any mail .

Hello @Priyank Patel and welcome to our o2 community 😄

Because of security reasons, you can find the login information for your router configuration only after your online registration in Mein o2. Try to check it here: Zugangsdaten

Your login information for the dsl-router should have been sent to you as an e-mail or letter. This usually comes together with the welcome-letter you receive.

If you have not received any e-mail or letter, you should ask our o2 customer support to send you a new confirmation of the order.

Hello ,

Thank you for your reply , still I'm struggling to get my userid and password . Without that I will not able to configure my router .

 

Could you send the info. On XXXXX

This mail is already updated in the O2 portal.

Hello @Priyank Patel ,

if your contract is active and you already have access to the mein o2, then you can just look at the Zugangsdaten für Router in mein o2 for the required username and password.
