Hello O2 Community

I have an O2 dsl 50 mgb in my appartment and i am paying 32€ monthly. The contract will end in 13/01/2022.

Can i upgrade it to 100 mgb? In your website it says that a new 100 mgb line will cost 24€ monthly.

I checked my address and it says the 100 mgb is availabe in my location.

So what are my options?

Thank you so much in advance.

edit o2_Tobias: moved from “DSL: Tarif & Verträge” to our English Community (DSL)

The base price for o2 my Home L is 34.99 EUR/month, plus tariff options. See price list

You can request a tariff change for a Flex contract at any time and for a 24-month contract in the last 6 months of the contract term at the o2 customer service. Availability at the connection address is a prerequisite. Please note the connection technology (“über DSL”) in the availability check!

Hello blablup

Thanks for your answer. In the price list it says that the price for O2 my Home M is 29.99€ but i am paying 32.99€ monthly because it is the second year.

Will i keep paying 32.99€ monthly in the third year? i did not cancel the contract because i am happy with the service.

Is 32.99€ the price that i will be paying for as long as the contract continue?

And if i upgrade to O2 my Home L will I be paying 34.99€ monthly always or will it change in the second year?

You can find the price agreed for your contract in your order confirmation.
There was no price increase for o2 my Home M. This tariff cost exactly EUR 29.99 when it was introduced on 16.10.2018 and it still costs that today. If you pay more, you have booked a tariff option, e.g. a rental router. Please read your bill. There you can read exactly how the invoice amount is made up.

The price stated in the price list applies permanently.
