Hi there , 

 

My new O2 DSL Connection technician appointment is on 22.04. Today is 19.04 and I have not received any email regarding the DSL router delivery . I am wondering will I get a  or DSL router or not with my new connection , I have opted for O2 DSL router? please confirm?

as far as I can see you did not order a device while signing the contract. If you are in need of a router we have to wait until the contract is activated. Then we can ship it immediately.

Hi There, I appreciate your support.  Yesterday I had called the o2 hotline and he told me that he would place the order as I need one. Can I get a confirmation on order and delivery tracking number?

I can understand, that you want to clear your topic as soon as possible.
Double postings can lead to a delay in precessing.
