DSL Order but no update so far

Hello and good afternoon !

My name is Daniel, i signup for a contract dsl on 6th april 

DSL order xxx

 

 

but by now i havent received anything, starting from the contract , router, and technician appointment. What is happening? Thank you !

    welcome to our community. I have checked the process of your order. The contract was rejected because the desired product is not available at present. Sorry for that. But you will have to look for a different provider.
