Hi,

Is there a main o2 email address where I can send a complaint email? I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience after ordering my DSL connection in Berlin and would like to raise an issue. 

Any help is appreciated.

No. o2 does not offer customer service by e-mail.

So what is the way to contact them? This is impossible that such a huge company has no email availability
