I made a DSL HOME M 19.99 euro combined with FREE M with handy of 14.99 euro to pay 19.99 euro of DSL as it is a discount that you sell to handy clients of O2. After I signed, you sent me 3 times the price that was 29.99 euro, SO WRONG one! I call you 3 times and you told me not to worry that I would have paid 19.99 euro. The 3rd time I called to be sure you hang up the phone.
And guess what? I received the invoice and you took 29.99 euro from my bank account. REALLY?
I demand you to fix this and give me back my money even if it is 10 euro and fix the contract and be honest as from what I signed up I have to pay every month for 2 years 19.99 euro, THAT IS WHY I DID IT! I also went 3 times to the shop for this and you continued to tell me that I would have paid 19.99 euro., AND now 29.99 euro? Can you be honest people please? I cannot waste my life running after you. I am very angry!
I want to be contacted and to fix this thing.
