Our DSL stopped working today and I cannot reach anyone because of the Corona situation. How can I fix the problem?

Please download and check your connection following the steps. If the problem can’t be fixed by yourself it opens a ticket with a special helpline number to call. Then my colleagues will arrange an appointment with a technician.
