Hi, 

I have a DSL connection without a contract term and i want to end it. I have tried verifying the email address but all it shows is Error 404 page not found. Hence i cannot access my invoices as well. I need to end the contract and i need it to be done fast as i have to move. Please let me know the solution for it.

Welcome to our o2 Community. If you want to cancel your DSL contact just sent a written cancellation letter to

(or fax it to 01805/571766) 

Please use our return portal to return your o2 router (if you rented a device form us) there you can also print out a return sticker. Returns are sent with DHL and are free of charge.
